Developing Radio Partners is a US-based non-profit media development organization that works with local media in low-and-middle income countries, providing them with the skills they need to bring reliable information to those who need it most.

Our Mission and Vision

Developing Radio Partners believes a strong local media that provides accurate and timely information is essential in helping improve individuals' lives. Community media amplifies voices and can transform communities.

We focus on 'last mile' communities, rural and remote areas, where the need for information is greatest and where local radio can have the greatest impact. We believe that healthy community media can strengthen the economic and social well-being of people and their communities.

We help local media identify problems, seek solutions and spark action by communities and their leaders. By strengthening the skills of journalists we help people preserve the environment, adjust to the changing climate, improve health and create a more equitable society.
