David Brugger, Chairman, an independent consultant on media policy, organization and management, has helped grow the capacity of public radio and TV stations globally for over 40 years. He has given over 190 presentations on media development in civil society to visitors from 88 countries. He served as the Sr. VP of the Corporation of Public Broadcasting and CEO of the Association of Public TV Stations. Other board service includes the Grassroots Global Institute at the University of the Pacific, and Journalism and Multimedia Arts at Duquesne University.

Jon Gossett, Vice Chairman, Chief Development Officer, Planned Parenthood of America. Gossett had been the Senior Vice President, Development at Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media since July 2003. Prior to that appointment, he was Executive Director of Development for Houston Grand Opera (and Executive Vice President of the Houston Grand Opera Endowment, Inc.), Director of Development at The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, and President of Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne in Indiana. He has consulted with a variety of organizations including Boston Ballet, Tulsa Opera, Charlotte Community School of the Arts, the South Carolina Arts Commission, and, as part of his current work, Southern California Public Radio/KPCC. He was chair for the 2008 National Convention of the American Guild of Organists.

Grace Morgan, Treasurer/Secretary, has over 20 years of public service and private sector experience related to government. She has worked in policy, operations and management capacities in an array of industries including international development and investment, housing, small business, banking, employment training, community development, and education. She has led or provided analytical support for dozens of financial and management projects to promote accountability and enhanced performance. She has also provided policy analysis and advice to senior government officials on an array of investment and policy matters. She is presently a consultant with the World Bank.

Kevin Klose Dean of the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland and was president of NPR from 1998 to April 2009 and lead NPR to the largest audience growth in its history. Prior to that, Klose served successively as director of U.S. international broadcasting, overseeing the United States Government's global radio and television news services (1997-98); and president of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL), broadcasting to Central Europe and the former Soviet Union (1994-97). Klose was also an editor and reporter at The Washington Post for 25 years. His various positions at the newspaper included city editor (1974-76); Moscow bureau chief (1977-1981); Midwest correspondent (1983-1987); and deputy national editor (1987-1990). A former Woodrow Wilson National Fellow, he serves on the board of Independent Sector in Washington, DC. He is the author of Russia and the Russians: Inside the Closed Society, winner of the Overseas Press Club's Cornelius Ryan Award; and co-author of four other books.
